All orders are shipped via our reputed delivery partners including the likes of DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc.,

We will email and WhatsApp you the tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also track your order with the tracking link provided in the email. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.

If the package/items are damaged during transit, then make an video before opening the package and submit an exchange request via the contact us portal or drop an email with opening video ,immediately within 2 days of receiving the package for possible resolution.
